Kristin entered into the world of coaching in 2013. After she graduated her coaching program, she made a promise to herself to lean into the coaching concepts she uncovered in school across both her life and her career consistently. She used her coaching skill sets within her executive career by growing and expanding teams and by taking organizations to the next level. However, her favorite part of her career journey (shh don’t tell) is when she works with women across multiple stages within their lives.
